Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you are in agreement with the following Terms & Conditions before confirming our meeting with a deposit.

Deposits Policy
I request 20% deposit of the total fee to reserve our time together. This can be paid via BeemIt, bank transfer (both of which may take 24 hours to process) or an online gift card from Endota Spa here.

Greek &/or BDSM
These services can only be provided as part of The Shiro Experience; there is no further charge for either, and they cannot form part of The Hannah Experience. Please note that all Shiro bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice to prepare.

Cancellation & Returns Policy
If you have to cancel or postpone our booking…
In Sydney, 24hrs notice is required to ensure either a refund or a transferal of the deposit to our next booking. If there are exceptional circumstances and you need to reschedule with shorter notice, do let me know at the earliest opportunity.
Deposits for interstate or FMTY bookings are non-refundable. The reasoning behind this is that arrangements (e.g. flights, hotels) are booked in advance to accommodate meeting requests by clients, and a small business cannot absorb such losses. In exceptional circumstances, you may be invited to transfer your deposit to another time on the tour if available, or to a future FMTY of at least 4hrs.

If I have to cancel or postpone our booking…
I will offer to refund you the full deposit within 24-72 hours, or suggest an alternative meeting time to hold your deposit for.

Etiquette
If you behave in a rude &/or threatening manner before our booking, I reserve the right to cancel our meeting and keep the deposit. If you behave in a rude &/or threatening manner during our booking, I reserve the right to cancel our booking with immediate effect and keep the total fee.
