Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you are in agreement with the following Terms & Conditions, before confirming our meeting with a deposit. All prices listed are in AUD.

1) Deposit Amount
I require a minimum $500 deposit for all meetings. Please note, this deposit is *not* transferable or refundable except under certain conditions (see below).

2) Deposit Method
The deposit can be paid using BeemIt, bank transfer, SmartATM deposit or an online gift voucher (details upon request).

3) What is the difference between the Hannah & Shiro Experiences?
Kinky role play, Greek &/or BDSM activities can only be provided as part of The Shiro Experience; they cannot form part of The Hannah Experience. Please note that Shiro bookings usually require a minimum of 24 hours notice to prepare, but exceptions may apply.

4) What happens if the provider (Hannah) has to cancel or postpone the meeting?
I will offer the client two choices: to refund you the full deposit within 24-72 hours, or suggest an alternative meeting time to hold your deposit for.

5) What happens if the client has to cancel or postpone the meeting?
In Sydney: At least 48 hours notice is required to ensure either a refund or a transferral of the deposit to another booking. If there are exceptional circumstances, I may be able to transfer the deposit with less notice.
Outside of Sydney: Deposits for bookings outside of Sydney are non-refundable. The rationale for this is that arrangements (e.g. flights, hotels) are booked in advance to accommodate interstate meeting requests, and a small business cannot absorb losses due to last minute changes. In exceptional circumstances, you may be invited instead to transfer your deposit to another time on the tour, or to a future FMTY of at least 4hrs.

Regardless of where the booking takes place, if the client cancels after I have already arrived at the incall or outcall location, they are required to pay a $500 cancellation fee in addition to the $500 deposit. This fee serves to compensate me for lost time and cost (spent on personal preparation, transport, and sometimes booking a location). In these situations, a renewed deposit will be required for any future meetings; you cannot “reuse” your previous deposit or the cancellation fee as meeting payments.

6) Reasons for dismissal
Please note that the following behaviours are considered inappropriate & unacceptable; if they occur before or during the meeting, I reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the entire fee:
– rudeness
– stalking
– threatening behaviour (both towards my person and privacy)
